Stationery Bomb Surprise!

A big thanks out to Cindy!  She sent me a heck of a lot of stationery as a surprise and I think we were both surprised, me by the unexpected package and her at how long it took to get delivered.

Cindy messaged me on sendsomething in September that something was on its way, and then I waited.  I received a yellow slip in the PO Box but when I turned it in - nothing found.  Hmmmm . . .
This last weekend (10-25), I found another slip, and when I saw the sender and the date, I figured out my local Nazareth Post Office must have had an internal error.  Love those guys, they have personality, but I wish this would've arrived sooner.

Sent 9-20-13, arrived 10-25-13
Aw Shucks! Thanks!
And just what was inside!

There was Kawaii,
There was shaped memo pieces
More kawaii and sheet stationery
Postcards!
Sheets and envelopes
Cards of all kinds
And more!
And finally more!
What a great surprise and I hope my reply has reached its new home.  Actually Cindy inspired me and I put together a few stationery bundles to send out to the unsuspecting on SendSomething.

Now , not to steal any of Cindy's magnificence but I also got another papery confection in time for Halloween from my friend Carrie.  She always keep her eyes out for this and that bits that I can destroy and make anew!
Below is an awesome watercolor postcard that she picked up at an arts festival!
The detail is amazing!  I feel truly loved that she picked this up for me!

As far as treats go, these were the best I got for Halloween!  Calorie free but oh so sweet!

  2. Yes! I would take these treats over packaged sugar anyday! Looks like you have lots of new paper goodies to play with now.

  3. Looks like great fun! I shared a little of my stationary stash in Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes for 10-14 year old girls this year-I hope they think it's fun, too!
